Styria (state)
Styria (Steiermark in German) is a federal state or Bundesland, located in the south east of Austria. The capital is Graz and with an area of 16.388 km², and close to 1.2 Million inhabitants it is the second largest state of Austria. It is also called Upper Styria, or Obersteiermark.
