• Kenneth Arrow - Nobel award winning economist who published influential paper on his widely cited Arrow's Impossibility Theorem
• Duncan Black[?] - Responsible for unearthing the work of many early political scientists, including Charles Dodgson
• Jean-Charles de Borda - 18th century mathematician who devised the Borda count

• Marquis de Condorcet - 18th century mathematician and philosopher who contributed the often used Condorcet criteria and devised Condorcet's method
• Clyde Coombs
• Charles Lutwidge Dodgson (a.k.a. Lewis Carroll) - Famous author of Alice in Wonderland who was also a noted professor of mathematics at Oxford University. He devised Dodgson's Method[?] of voting system.
